Survey Terms of Participation
Who We Are
These terms apply to the Email & CRM in Mobile Games 2026 Benchmark Survey (the "Survey"), run by Ladriam ("we", "us"). They also explain how we handle your personal data (section 6). By submitting the Survey, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility and participation
The Survey is for professionals aged 18 or over who work in or with mobile game studios. Participation is voluntary and free. You can stop at any time before submitting, and you may skip any question that is not marked as required.
You receive no payment or reward for completing the Survey, except where described in section 3 for a separately agreed paid follow-up chat.
2. How your answers are used
We use Survey answers to produce a benchmark report on email and CRM practices in mobile games. Results are published only in aggregate, for example as percentages by company size. We never name you or your company in the report, and we only show a breakdown when a group is large enough that no individual company can be identified.
Your company name is used only to remove duplicate answers and to group results by company size. Open-text answers may be quoted in the report without any name or identifying detail. We do not sell or share individual answers with third parties.
3. Email, opt-ins and follow-ups
Giving your email address is optional. If you give it, we use it to send you the benchmark report and updates to it. We contact you about anything else only if you opt in on the form:
Newsletter. Occasional insights on email in mobile games. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.
Free 15-minute review. A one-off call about your email or deliverability setup. It is free and creates no obligation to buy anything.
Paid follow-up chat. A 30-minute conversation about your answers. Ticking "Yes" is not a booking. We will contact selected respondents, and the fee, format and timing are agreed in writing before the chat takes place.
If you arrived through a personal link, the link may tell us who you are or where you came from (for example, LinkedIn or email). We use this only to avoid sending you reminders after you have answered.
4. Your answers and confidential information
Please answer based on your own knowledge and experience. Approximate answers are fine, and "Don't know" is always a valid choice.
Do not share information you are not allowed to disclose, such as exact revenue, player counts or other confidential data of your employer. The Survey uses ranges for this reason. You are responsible for making sure your answers do not breach any obligation you have to your employer.
5. The report, advice and liability
Ladriam owns the Survey, the aggregated results and the benchmark report. You keep no rights in the aggregated data, and you allow us to use your anonymous answers to produce and update the report. You may share the report you receive, as long as you credit Ladriam as the source.
The report is general industry information, not professional advice for your business. It is based on self-reported answers, which we do not verify. To the extent the law allows, Ladriam is not liable for decisions you make based on the report.
6. Privacy notice
Ladriam is responsible for the personal data collected through the Survey. You can reach us at anthony@ladriam.com for any privacy question or request.
Legal basis. We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the Survey and ticking any opt-in boxes. We use link details to stop reminders on the basis of our legitimate interest in not contacting you unnecessarily.
Who else handles your data. The Survey is hosted on Tally, which stores responses on our behalf. If you receive the report or newsletter, we send it through our email provider Brevo. These providers act only on our instructions. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else. Some providers may store data outside your country. Where they do, they use the safeguards required by law.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within 3 working days. Withdrawing consent does not affect use that happened before. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security. Access to responses is limited to Ladriam. We keep individual answers private and publish only aggregate results.
7. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms while the Survey is running. The version shown on the date you submit applies to your answers. We may close or pause the Survey at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
